Fedora?
Fedora is a creative learning lab that showcases the projects of APICIUS International School of Hospitality students and faculty of the Baking and Pastry Department. Fedora is a school pastry shop and bistro that reinterprets Italian Pasticceria from an international perspective, operated by the students and faculty of Florence University of the Arts – The American University of Florence through experiential learning. The students and faculty of Apicius School of Food and Wine Studies and School of Hospitality are involved in the daily operations of Fedora as part of their academic coursework.
